      Focuses on attracting and hiring new and experienced professionals, including in-house recruitment, to build a strong workforce aligned with organization's culture and objectives. Effective strategies are essential for meeting the organization's skill needs.

    • Training & Development

      Includes the development, management, and operation of various courses, including those focused on leadership, job competencies, and external training opportunities. It also emphasizes the promotion of a learning culture within the organization to foster continuous employee growth and development.

    • Organization Culture Planning/Operations

      Developing strategies related to organizational culture, conducting employee surveys, assessing organizational health, managing changes in work methods, and facilitating employee communication and engagement activities.
