• Business Planning/Management

  Involves the establishment and operation of a comprehensive management system, management of profit and loss including result analysis and cost/budget oversight, development of the annual business plan and performance management through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other management indicators, as well as the planning and operation of management information systems to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Finance Planning

  Resource input, investment planning and management are essential components of finance planning, along with cash flow planning and management. Our team emphasizes the effective allocation of financial resources to support business objectives while aiming to maintain liquidity and financial stability.

• Financing/Cash Management

  Process involves crafting robust strategies for financing at both domestic and international levels. This includes the streamlined management of cash flow and bill collections, the issuance of corporate bonds, the acquisition of bank loans, and the sale of accounts receivable. Additionally, this role encompasses the execution of transactions in both local and foreign currencies, as well as the adoption of effective deposit management practices to optimize financial performance.

• Credit & Collection Management

  Involves monitoring customer accounts and sending weekly payment reminders to ensure timely settlements. Responsibilities include posting payment receipts, reconciling Credit Memos, and preparing monthly Statements of Account and collection forecasts. This role is essential for maintaining cash flow and minimizing credit risk within the organization.

• Accounting Management

  Involves the design and operation of an internal accounting management system, along with reporting and responding to audits. This ensures accurate financial tracking and compliance with regulations.

• Domestic Tax

  Domestic tax strategy development includes subsidiary tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, and local tax, along with responding to tax reports and investigations. This ensures compliance with tax regulations and optimizes tax liabilities.

• International Tax

  Encompasses the establishment of an international tax strategy and effective risk management, along with overseeing transfer pricing management. This ensures compliance with global tax regulations and optimizes cross-border tax positions.
