    About the Job
    We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Embedded Software Engineer to lead end-to-end development of embedded solutions. The role involves hands-on work in firmware development, debugging, and validation across 8-bit and 32-bit microcontroller platforms such as ARM, STM32, Atmega, and Raspberry Pi.

     

    Responsibilities

    ·       Hands-On experience on Embedded SW development , Debugging and Validation.

    ·       Sound knowledge of 8 bit & 32 bit microcontrollers, ARM, STM32, Atmega, Toshiba , Raspberry-Pi or any other with relevant experience.

    ·       Hands-on experience on communication protocols, Sound knowledge of Embedded programming (C, C++, Assembly language).

    ·       Experience on IOT / RTOS / DC-BLDC motor control technique is an added benefit.

    ·       Should have experience in documentation for project requirements developments and developments of logical and physical specifications.

    ·       Should understand FMEA and DRBFM.

    ·       Should have creative thinking & problem-solving capability with effective planning to ensure projects are delivered on time.

    ·       Should be able to communicate effectively with Higher management and colleagues involved in a project.

    ·       Experienced in product development and new technology development.

     

    Requirements

     

    ·       Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and effective interpersonal abilities

    ·       Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills

    ·       High level of ownership, self-motivation, and commitment to deliver results

    ·       Hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, and validation

    ·       Sound knowledge of 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, Atmega, Toshiba, Raspberry Pi, etc.)

    ·       Proficiency in embedded programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly

    ·       Experience with communication protocols and embedded system design

    ·       Exposure to IoT, RTOS, and DC/BLDC motor control techniques is an advantage

    ·       Experience in preparing technical documentation, including requirements and system specifications

    ·       Basic understanding of FMEA and DRBFM quality methodologies

    ·       Strong planning skills to ensure timely project execution and delivery

    ·       Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with senior management and cross-functional teams

    ·       Experience in product development and new technology initiatives.
