    Key roles and responsibilities

     

    • Manage all SFDC (Salesforce) related issues and updates, taking full responsibility for B2B project pipeline, ensuring SFDC data is accurate
    • Work closely with the B2B Sales team, supporting all stages, coordinating and driving opportunity related efforts
    • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to support business planning and forecasting
    • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements
    • Report pipeline performance on a regular basis (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
    • Provide training to sales and marketing teams on how to use SFDC for managing leads, opportunities, and pipeline related activities

     

    Required knowledge, skills and experience

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain Management
    • Experience and confidence in managing a pipeline, preferably with the experience of using Salesforce
    • Advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel)
    • Experience in working directly with international sales teams
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
    • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
