    What you'll do

    • Creating and maintaining the customer invoice list.
    • Analysis and listing of remittance advice.
    • Sending Invoice & Credit Notes.
    • Communication and coordination with sales team.
    • Customer registration and master data deductions. 
    • Customer correspondence and handling of inquiries.
    • Support in monthly closing activities.
    • Support in identifying issues, troubleshooting and implementing solutions. 
    • Support the Planning Team with daily tasks and budget-related processes and system approval workflow administration. 

    What you must have

    • Completed secondary education, commercial education, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Accounting, or a related finance function is considered an advantage.
    • Strong numerical aptitude and good Excel skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
    • Native-level German and fluent English required. Korean language skills are an advantage.
    • Flexible and proactive working attitude.
    • Willingness to learn and develop.
    • Reliable and responsible with a structured and organized working style.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

    The minimum monthly gross salary for this internship, according to the applicable collective agreement, is EUR 2,156 based on 38.5 hours per week.

    Duration: minimum 6 months, preferably at least 18 months.
