    What you'll do

    • Technical Support for AC product --> Create guidance, analysis data claims, follow up Quality issue, field visit to customer, & training technicians.
    • MOT (Moment of Truth) Trainer --> Create guidance, analysis data claims, follow up customer satisfaction issue, field visit to customer, & training technicians.

     

    What you must have

    • Bachelor’s degree in any major (From Refrigeration & AC is preferred)
    • Experienced as AC technical support at least 1 year.
    • Great communication & English skills.
    • Well knowing refrigeration system & electrical circuit.
    • Skilled in soldering & welding.
